AV Technician

Job Description:

AV Technician will support the daily operations of the audiovisual team in AFS internal office locations based on AFS IT AV standards. This role is responsible for supporting infrastructure operations for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. The candidate should have familiarity with audiovisual equipment, inventory management and data entry skills. AV Technician will have the following key responsibilities:

- Manage AV equipment shipping and receiving, inventory, asset management, and disposal

- Maintenance of equipment in storage and regularly update the inventory database

- Sort, Label and organize equipment in inventory

- Support the AV team with various projects during core business hours

- Coordinate the disposal and pick up for faulty audiovisual equipment

- Perform asset management responsibilities for audio visual equipment, including additions and changes, as needed
